Jean-Marc Engasser is the founder and manager of BioProcess Digital.
As a professor at the ENSAIA Engineering School in Nancy, he has developed a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in bioprocess engineering.
His research centers on the modeling and optimization of bioreactors for enzymatic bioconversions, microbial fermentations, and animal cell cultures, with over two hundred publications in the field.
He has also coordinated numerous national and international research programs and has contributed to a diverse array of R&D projects in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
